Answering service, not a contractor
IntakeHound Home is a software and answering service. We are not a contractor, do not perform or guarantee any home-service work, and do not refer homeowners to companies. We only answer inbound calls on behalf of the companies that hire us. Each company remains responsible for its own pricing, licensing, scheduling, and work.
No guarantee of jobs or revenue
We help companies answer and book more of the calls they already receive. We do not promise any number of booked jobs or any amount of revenue. Service-level commitments (for example, go-live timing or answer rates) are only those written in the signed order form.
Pilot / founding offers
Any founding or pilot pricing shown on this site is an invitation to talk, not a binding offer, until both parties sign an order form.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the site, attempt to break its security, or submit false information.
Intellectual property
